Located within the Washington corridor, CGH has worked successfully with Government, Commercial and International sectors, providing management, development and maintenance, and support of large and complex environments. CGH has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join the CGH Team.



Serves as Project Manager for a large, complex BPA Call (or a group of BPA calls affecting the same common/standard/migration system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the ordering activity Contracting Officer (CO), the BPA -level Contractor Officer's Representative (COR), the BPA Call-level (COR(s), ordering activity management personnel and customer agency representatives.



  • Under the Guidance of the Program Manager:
  • Responsible for the overall management of the specific BPA call(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the BPA Call are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Perform enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
  • Planning, managing, and overseeing work efforts of project team personnel; determining and monitoring task schedules; and for ensuring compliance with task requirements and quality standards.




Number of Years Experience Required:

  • 7+ years in IT experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and management.


Minimum Education and Certifications Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • PMP Certification required.



Technical Skills Required:



Computer Skills:

  •  Microsoft Office Suite


Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Regular and scheduled written communication of project and contract status (scheduled reports).
  • Experience with OPM a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
