CGH has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Organizational Development Analyst to join the CGH Team.

 

Purpose:

Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of organizational and leadership development strategies in order to achieve the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of various service units within the Air Traffic Operations (ATO). Using advanced influence and consultative techniques, the OD analyst builds solutions across all levels of the organization.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts needs analysis of individual, team and leader development requests from executives and department managers clarifies performance and development objectives and provides targeted learner centric solutions that are aligned to ATO strategic priorities and organizational outcomes.
  • Designs and delivers customized, engaging, results-oriented interventions, workshops, e-learning, meetings and other learning experiences to improve employee, leadership and learn performance.
  • Consult and design talent management solutions for leaders through advanced business partnerships, collaboration and influencing techniques.
  • Develop and conduct assessments/surveys to meet individual, work group or organization needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop team and large-scale intervention strategies.
  • Evaluate and communicate results of interventions strategies.
  • Engage in and manage projects.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications

 

Number of Years Experience Required:

  • 5+ years' experience human resource development, organizational effectiveness.
  • 3+ years' experience in Psychometrics or Industrial Psychology.

 

Minimum Education and Certifications Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Certification in conducting assessments (i.e.Gallup CliftonStrengths, CoreClarity, EQi 2.0, etc.) REQUIRED  

 

Technical Skills Required:

 

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

 

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • U.S. Citizen or person with valid U.S. work visa who has lived in the U.S. for 3 or more years
  • Proven advanced experience in a facilitation role.
  • Demonstrated success presenting and communicating ideas to select stakeholders and project management.
  • Use critical thinking skills to identy and determine alternative solutions/approaches.
  • Experience with facilitating Crucial Conversations REQUIRED
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to express ideas orally and in writing.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work.
