CGH has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to join the CGH Team.



The Business Analyst will work with the Management Services Business Analytics Team to create SharePoint websites and Tableau Reports, to integrate databases, and to import FAA data.




  • Design, develop and adapt statistical models and other research methods in support of information retrieval to explore relationships between variables to support the creation of prescriptive analytics.
  • Analyze, validate, formulate and document business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and adapt Sharepoint and Tableau reports.
  • Liaise among business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit and communicate business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Design and modify business systems and IT systems.
  • Conduct problem analysis to identify problems in current business and technical processes.
  • Prepare clear, business, functional and technical requirements, use cases, and communication plans.



Number of Years Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years as an business analyst, or experience in information technology projects or in data analysis or similar capacity.
  • Five (5) or more years' experience with predictive analytics, as well as developing, revising, reviewing analytical reports and reporting tools.


Minimum Education and Certifications Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience importing/integrating FPPS data into SharePoint databases.


Computer Skills Required:

  • Profecient with Tableau
  • Familiarity with InfoPath, SharePoint Development, and FAA Databases


Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • U.S. Citizen or person with valid U.S. Work Visa who has lived in the U.S. for three or more years
  • Experience developing and applying statistical predictive analytics.
  • Experience conducting analytical background reviews.
  • Experience analyzing and presenting reports.
  • Strong multi-tasker, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and deliver high quality products, on-time and within budget that meet business needs.
  • Autonomous contributor who is both a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Technical expertise in content areas required for analysis and development of solutions to problems under consideration by the client.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to express ideas orally and in writing.
  • Presentation skills to present to management and customers
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Design, delivery and implementation of programs, products and services that facilitate the alignment and integration of people, processes and technology, vision and strategy, leadership and workforce, business goals and culture.
  • Must be data savvy and have learning agility, analytical ability, and strategic thinking skills.
