CGH has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join the CGH Team.

 

Purpose:

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical and professional positions, including Software Engineers, Sr. Java Developer/Team Leads, Solutions Architects, and Sr. Database DBA/Developers, Program Managers (PMP), Accounting, Contracting, SCA positions, Nation-wide part-time Technicians and other positions as needed.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing Company information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport with internal and external customers
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites, or other applicable methods used for recruiting
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job description
  • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with interview team
  • Input applicant resumes into the applicant tracking system (ATS) on an ongoing basis
  • Track hiring activity, including job posting, hiring decisions and closing position vacancies
  • Coordinate, attend and participate in various local job fairs
  • Coordinate collegiate recruiting and campus relationships
  • Administer recruiting tools, ATS and compliance administration
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

Number of Years Experience Required:

  • Minimum four (4) years of experience within a recruiting department/staffing agency

 

Minimum Education and Certifications Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

Technical Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of computerized office systems (ATS Applicant Tracking System) internet and software is required

 

Computer Skills:

              

 

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Phone skills required
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, Government Contractor recruiting, EEO, Affirmative Action, etc.
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State laws that pertain to recruiting
  • Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, and Recruiting
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, and use of good judgment
  • Provide and have access to multiple job boards

 

Candidates selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements.
